India, Japan race to seal Nuclear agreement before Abe's visit

Time is running out for India and Japan to seal a civil nuclear agreement in time for Japanese PM Shinzo Abe's visit here next month. Abe is expected to be chief guest for India's Republic Day celebrations though the final seal on this will come when the Japanese Diet signs off on his visit.
