The homemade Arjun Mk-2 tank has suffered a major setback, with a critical Israeli anti-tank missile to be fitted on it failing to meet the army’s requirements. An advanced laser warning countermeasure system and a mobile camouflage system have recently been tested and proven on the Arjun MBT Mk.II in the Mahajan Field Firing Range in Rajasthan. India, Japan Coast Guards to exercise off Kochi
Close on the heels of the ongoing Indo-Japan bilateral naval exercise in the Bay of Bengal, the Indian Coast Guard is set to hold a similar exercise with its Japanese counterpart off Kochi in mid-January.
