WASHINGTON — The Air Force has grounded most of its older C-130H Hercules cargo planes and variants due to a problem with their propeller barrels. The Indian Air Force's latest acquisition American strategic C-17 Globemaster-III made its maiden flight to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on Sunday.
